I am an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil, and an assistant professor in Computer Science and Data Science at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), in the United States. I research the application of mathematical modeling, statistics and machine learning to computer, informational and social networks.
